Zoom participants on demand

Buy Zoom Participants for Any Meeting or Webinar

Add participants to a Zoom meeting on demand, pay only for what you use, and watch them join within about 30 seconds of submitting the meeting ID.

How buying Zoom participants works

You paste the meeting ID and passcode, choose how many participants you want and how long they should stay, then submit. Our nodes join the meeting as ordinary web participants and remain for the duration you picked.

There is no software to install and nothing to configure inside Zoom itself. The only requirement is that your meeting allows guests to join without a waiting room, or that you admit them yourself.

Joins in ~30 seconds

Submit the meeting and participants begin appearing almost immediately.

Credit-based

No monthly fee. Credits are spent per participant per session.

You set the duration

Choose how long participants stay, from a short demo to several hours.

Top up mid-meeting

If numbers drop, a single click refills the gap without recharging you.

Why meetings reject automated participants

Almost every failed session traces back to a Zoom setting rather than the service itself. A waiting room holds every arriving participant outside until a host admits them, so the count never moves. An authentication requirement puts a sign-in wall in front of the meeting, which guests cannot pass. End-to-end encryption disables browser-based joining altogether.

The submission form checks the meeting before you spend credits and tells you which of these is in the way, so you can fix the setting and retry rather than paying for a session that could never have worked.

Waiting room

Turn it off, or admit arrivals yourself as they appear.

Authentication required

A sign-in wall blocks guests. Disable it for the session.

End-to-end encryption

E2EE disables web-client joining. Use standard encryption.

Capacity cap

Your Zoom plan's participant limit applies to everyone.

Scheduling instead of submitting manually

Recurring sessions such as a weekly class or a daily standup can be queued ahead of time. You pick the date and time, and the task runs on its own without you being at a keyboard. If capacity happens to be busy at that moment the task waits rather than failing, and completes as soon as capacity frees up.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do the participants join?

Usually 15 to 30 seconds after you submit. Larger batches stagger slightly so they do not all arrive in the same instant.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everything runs from our servers. You only provide the meeting ID and passcode.

What happens if some participants drop out?

The dashboard has a Check button that reads the live meeting and shows how many of your participants are actually present. If any are missing, Refill re-sends exactly the missing ones at no extra credit cost.

Can I use this for a Zoom Webinar rather than a meeting?

Yes, webinars are supported as a separate participant type. See the Zoom webinar attendees page for the details.
